2007

  • TECC founded by four leading legal specialists, compliance officers and auditors based in the Netherlands.

2008

  • US office opened in
  • Assists a Dutch supplier of Lockheed Martin/ JSF in setting up and implementing policies and procedures regarding export controls, more specifically geared towards the requirements of the JSF program.

2009

  • Invited to Lockheed Martin to witness the maiden flight of the F35-B (JSF, short takeoff vertical landing/stovl)
  • An internationally operating Dutch bank hires TECC for compliance with export controls and sanctions, specifically for their trade finance operations. Currently, one of TECC's senior officers heads the team responsible for compliance with sanctions & export controls worldwide.
  • TECC advises a large logistics company on relevant EU and US sanctions regulations and in addition reviews and advises on licensing requirements on specific complex transactions.

2010

  • Numerous Associate Partners and an experienced senior consultant join, expanding the practice and client base
  • Ongoing periodic audits of a large pharmaceutical company regarding their compliance obligations.
  • Introduction of the TECC VisionWaves Delta service, click here
  • Assists large Dutch defense company with export control and sanctions compliance including license acquisition on complex transactions

2011

  • Philip Sidney, Eagle Compliance's sister company, is launched to service compliance in the Financial Services industry
  • Two new staff members join Eagle
  • Institute of Governance, Risk and Integrity is launched to service the unique challenges faced by the public sector
  • The consultants of Necker van Naem and Philip Sidney join forces to support local government agencies with regard to issues in the field of operational integrity.
  • TECC designs and implements the processes regarding licensing & registration within a Dutch public authority

2012

  • Three more full-time employees join Eagle's team to help service growing client base
  • One of TECC's senior officers asked to fill in the position of compliance officer within one of the larger Dutch banks.
  • Approached by a European defense company that wishes to outsource its export compliance function
